Does anybody know where to buy them nowadays?  I kept putting it off when Musicyo was still around.....!  Found some used one on craiglist and most seller won't ship because of the craigslist fraud warning.  I might have to build my own with JCUSTOM parts but I can't find any template or measurements for my lutherie friend in  Seattle.

Any hints would help and thanks in advanced,
