Steinberger

For sale:  Steinberger L2 bass, serial number 0033, made on 9/28/81, $2200.

According to a web site listing Steinberger serial numbers this bass was originally owned by Gregg Chaisson of Badlands.  It was later purchased by Ed Ravenscroft of Chaiton Studions in Paradise Valley, AZ and then sold to Andy Seagle, Ed's recording engineer when Ed left the recording business and sold all his equipment to Andy.

It has been in a smoke free studio for the last 25+ years and has been used on about 20 recording sessions.

It is in good condition and has all the pieces, including knee rest, back plate, and gig bag.  It has a small `1/2 inch chip out of the paint where the headstock would be on a Fener-style bass, and a small crack where the fretboard meets the neck, also where the headstock would be.  It has light scratches where you would expect to find them on a 29 year old bass.
