I'm selling my Rare Steinberger L2 Bass I bought new back in the early 80s

This bass looks, sounds and plays GREAT

It is a rare first run of  the L2 Steinbergers (serial#299) made and has everything that came with it when new. Leg peg, Strap, extra steinberger sticker for front, bag and even the screws to use regular strings. I'm looking to price it at $3000 but will entertain reasonable offers. I do need to sell it quickly

This is a fantastic instrument and plays beautifully.

in tune all the way up the neck. No fret buzz. beautiful action and sustains forever.

I am the original owner and have treated the bass with great care. You will be hard pressed to find a better Steinberger at any price. Truly a playable collectors item.
