Hi all.....I'm the 1st & feeling lonely....

Just purchased an L2 from the States...I live in Oz....that is #1352...modified with 3 x p/ups.....2 original, another EMG ? original...piccy on my profile.

It was taken to P'moose & dismantled. They wanted inxs of $1500 US, lost the legrest (aaaaahhhh) & have no idea of what Customer Service represents. I rec'd it back in 100 pieces & was thankful to get it out of there....whinge finished!

On return I decided to re-assemble as is & compare it to my old XL2 I sold...see stupid....I was surprised to see it was ok & have decided to investigate refinishing the body myself. Hey, it's only a marine finish...anyone had a crack?

The top BTW, was hand made from wood..? type....reasonable job...toying with the idea of painting it black????????mmmmmmmmmmm!

Also maybe  restore it back to the 2 p/up original is what I'm leaning to.
