Our guitars are gaurenteed to be exactly as described.  We will gladly exchange any defective guitar with a new one. 

Please note that Steinberger brand guitars often go out of stock.  Steinberger makes limited numbers of each model and this will sometimes effects our ability to ship the guitar immediately.

Used Steinbergers are available for those that do not wish to purchase a brand new guitar.  Please browse our store for current inventory.
